Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with advance notice, but the initial deposit is non-refundable. Eden Xuân Photo reserves the right to charge additional fees for rescheduling.

 

5. Copyright and Usage:

Eden Xuân Photo retains the copyright to all images. Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the images. Commercial use requires explicit permission and may incur additional fees.

 

6. Image Delivery:

The final edited images will be delivered within a specified timeframe. Eden Xuân Photo is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances but will communicate any changes in delivery promptly.

 

7. Client Cooperation:

Clients are responsible for ensuring a cooperative and respectful environment during photography sessions. Any disruptions may impact the quality of the images.

 

8. **Editing and Retouching:** Eden Xuân Photo retains the creative rights to edit and retouch images as deemed necessary for the best outcome. Clients may request specific edits within reasonable limits.

 

9. **Privacy and Data Security:** Eden Xuân Photo takes privacy seriously and ensures the protection of client information. Personal details will not be shared or sold to third parties.

 

10. **Force Majeure:** Eden Xuân Photo is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters or emergencies.
